Frequently asked
My drawing wasn't recognized — what happened?
izzit uses an AI vision model to judge whether your sketch matches the daily word. It's surprisingly tolerant, but it isn't perfect. If you think a guess was wrong, send us the word and a screenshot of the drawing — we tune the prompt over time.
I lost my streak / my history is missing.
On iOS, your sketchbook syncs through your iCloud account if iCloud is enabled. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID and that iCloud Drive is on for izzit. On Android, history is stored on the device — restoring from a backup brings it back.
How much does izzit cost? Are there ads?
izzit is a one-time $0.99 purchase, billed through your App Store account. No ads, no other in-app purchases, no accounts to make, no recurring charges. The app is free to download and you can draw on the canvas without paying — submitting your sketch for AI grading is what's gated. We reserve the right to change pricing or move to a subscription model for new purchasers in the future; if you purchase now, you'll keep what you bought.
I bought izzit on another device. How do I get it back?
Open Settings inside izzit and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used originally. If it still doesn't restore, write to hello@izzit.app and include the original purchase email or order number.
How do I delete my data?
Drawings and history live on your device (and, on iOS, your iCloud account). Deleting the app removes the local copy. To remove the iCloud copy, delete the app and then remove izzit from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. If you signed up for launch notifications by email, write to hello@izzit.app and we'll remove your address.
